Retail Store Manager

We’re on the hunt for a vibrant, energetic, and commercially minded Retail Store Manager who can take ownership of our new fashion store and make sure every customer walks away with a 5-star experience. 

As our Retail Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the store. Leading the team, driving results, keeping operations running smoothly, and creating an environment where both our customers and team can thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Running daily store operations and ensuring smooth execution

• Leading the team to achieve store KPIs and business goals

• Managing team schedules and daily responsibilities

• Monitoring store and team performance

• Creating an engaging store experience through visual merchandising

• Delivering exceptional customer service

• Managing stock processes and inventory

• Executing in-store promotions and campaigns

• Training the team on POS systems and processes

• Ensuring accurate cash control and banking procedures

• Managing team administration and HR processes

Skills:

• Commercially minded with a results-driven approach

• Self-motivated with strong ownership and initiative

• Excellent attention to detail

• Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and people skills

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience:

• 2–3 years retail management experience

• Matric qualification

• Experience managing targets and budgets

• Knowledge of retail HR practices (with HR support available)

• Proven track record of delivering results

• Excellent Excel skills
