Job Description - Sales Consultant: Short Term Insurance

Description
The purpose of the role is promoting the sale of Insurance Financial Services product to newly sourced and existing customers, through an aggregation quoting platform and ensuring the consistent delivery of customer service excellence. 


 



Responsibilities

  • Contacting clients

  • Positioning short term personal lines product offerings

  • Complete the customer voice recording/application

  • Closing a sale

  • Attaining the call centre strike rates

  • Reaching various targets

  • Ensuring that records are accurately captured and updated

  • Being compliant

  • Ensure clients are assisted and supplied with the relevant information



Qualifications

Qualifications:



  • Essential: Grade 12

  • Essential: Sales & contact centre experience

  • Beneficial: FAIS and RE5

  • Beneficial: Insurance experience
