Summary of Role

As a Saels Development Representative, you are the tip of the spear for our enterprise sales motion. You will be a strategic partner to our Account Executives, tasked with a critical mission: breaking into the most sought-after enterprise accounts. You won't be chasing high volume; you'll be pursuing high value. This role is about surgical precision, deep research, and leveraging a cutting-edge, AI-enhanced tech stack to build genuine connections and open doors that others can't.

Your Impact & What You'll Do

Your success is measured by the quality of the pipeline you build. You are the catalyst for our most significant revenue opportunities. You will:

Become a Strategic Enterprise Hunter. You will own your territory by identifying and targeting key enterprise accounts in the US. You'll masterfully navigate complex organizational charts, engage senior decision-makers, and execute sophisticated, multi-channel outreach campaigns that demand a response.
Build the AI-Powered Sales Playbook. You won't just follow a script; you'll fuse your proven sales instincts with AI-driven insights to create new best practices. You’ll use technology to enrich your cold calling and outreach, transforming raw prospecting into qualified, high-value meetings.
Fuel the Revenue Engine. Your primary mission is to build a robust and predictable pipeline of enterprise-level opportunities. Every appointment you set is the foundational first step in a complex, high-stakes sales cycle that drives our company's growth.
