Sales Development Representative

Identify and engage prospective clients across South Africa to generate new business for the recruitment team.

Location: Cape Town, Gardens (In Office). Salary: Basic R20 000-R25,000 + uncapped Commission.

The Role: Sales Development Representative

The purpose of this role is to generate new business by identifying and engaging prospective clients. It contributes to the business by obtaining job specifications from existing clients and acquiring new clients for the recruitment team. The main focus areas are cold calling and high-volume outbound activity.

Key Responsibilities

  Utilize a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development and 1-3 years in the recruitment industry.

  Make 100 calls per day to existing clients and warm or cold leads.

  
  


• 
  

  Identify and engage prospective clients across South Africa to build sales pipelines.

  
  


• 
  

  Achieve new-business revenue targets through proactive hunting.

  
  


• 
  

  Contact existing clients on a rotation basis to obtain job specifications.

  
  


• 
  

  Use CRM and ATS systems to manage sales and recruitment data.

  
  

About You

• 
  

  Minimum 3 years of experience in business development.

  1-3 years of experience in the recruitment industry.

  
  


• 
  

  Proven track record of hunting, winning, and growing new business.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with CRM and ATS.
