Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Drive sales and revenue growth for the property
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel partners and industry contacts
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Manage existing client accounts and strengthen long-term partnerships
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct sales calls, meetings and property presentations
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Promote the property's accommodation and hospitality offering to relevant markets
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare quotations, proposals and sales reports
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Work towards and achieve agreed sales targets
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Represent the property professionally at relevant trade events and networking opportunities
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with the reservations and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
  
  

  
  

Key Requirements:

• 
  

  Proven experience in a sales role within luxury hospitality, hotels, lodges or tourism
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Strong existing industry contacts would be advantageous
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Confident and professional approach to client engagement
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Strong business development and relationship-building abilities

  Highly organised with excellent follow-through
