Job Description - Sales Executive - Inbound

Job Title: Sales Executive

Experience: 3 -5 Years

Work Location: Cape Town, South Africa

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls to promote and sell products effectively.
Engage with customers, track, and resolve product -related queries and issues.
Ensure consistent customer follow -ups and provide timely resolutions to inquiries.
Conduct client need analysis to identify pain points and develop targeted outreach strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and qualify opportunities.
Identify opportunities for rapport building and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.
Manage sales funnel, interact with prospective clients, and maintain relationships for re -marketed prospects..
Proactively identify upselling and cross -selling opportunities.
Present Zoho’s solutions to relevant stakeholders within targeted geographical markets.
Collaborate with the internal team to achieve overall company goals.

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
