Job Description - Sales Operations Coordinator

Positioned within an established cosmetic consumer goods organisation, this critical contract role ensures the seamless continuation of sales workflows and client service delivery during a period of temporary medical leave. This immediate -start, full -time temporary contract runs for an initial 2 to 3 months (with potential for extension), operating during standard office hours from 08:00 to 17:00. The ideal candidate will leverage robust enterprise software skills to maintain operational continuity, support the commercial team, and uphold service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management: Facilitate the end -to -end sales order processing lifecycle to guarantee accurate and timeous regional delivery.

Stakeholder Support: Resolution of complex customer queries, acting as a reliable liaison between the commercial team and external partners.

Reporting & Analysis: Compile and analyse sales performance data to provide actionable operational insights to commercial leadership.

Process Optimisation: Assist the commercial division with daily transactional tasks to maintain a high -output, collaborative workflow.

Requirements

Proven professional background within a Sales Operations or Sales Support capacity.
Demonstrated expertise in comprehensive sales order management and customer query resolution.
Exceptional stakeholder communication and interpersonal skills.
Immediate or short -notice availability to facilitate a rapid handover.
SAP (ECC or S/4HANA): Strong, hands -on operational experience is essential.
Microsoft Excel: Advanced proficiency for reporting and data management.
