Sales Support Coordinator

This is an administrative support position for Sales force. Performs clerical duties and provides administrative and operative support duties for sales office.

*This is a Entry Level Position.

•    Customer data management (Organizational catalogue)
•    ICCL/ Audit handling
•    Exception handling including RAQA / RAAF reports/ Refresh and verify retrieved rates.
•    3PA pricing 
•    Free time requests

• Comprehensive experience in the liner shipping industry (3-5), with good understanding of HL products and Ship Systems
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking with high level initiative.
• Good communication and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently
