About the Role

As the Sales Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading a team of sales consultants, driving performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You'll coach, mentor and motivate your team while creating an environment where people can perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team.


• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.


• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.


• Deliver product knowledge training and sales development initiatives.


• Foster a positive, energetic and accountable team culture.


• Identify performance trends and implement improvement strategies.


• Ensure consultants understand customer needs and deliver outstanding customer experiences.


• Stay up to date with industry trends and product developments.


• Work closely with management to continuously improve sales performance.

What We're Looking For

• Matric (Grade 12).


• Minimum 5 years' experience in a contact centre sales environment.


• At least 2 years' experience leading or managing a sales team.


• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.


• Strong coaching, mentoring and performance management skills.


• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.


• Strong organisational and time management skills.


• Results-driven with a passion for developing people.


• Positive attitude, resilience and a strong sense of accountability.
