We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors
Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central (EC) and Time
Management to support and maintain HR technology platforms. The role focuses on
configuring and enhancing SuccessFactors modules, resolving time-related
issues, stabilising HR processes and ensuring continuous improvement across HR
systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Employee
  Central, including job information, organisational structures, workflows and
  employee lifecycle data.
  
• Configure and manage SuccessFactors Time
  Management, including time off, timesheets, overtime rules and validations.
  
• Analyse and resolve time-related system issues.
  
• Ensure time-management processes are stabilised
  within agreed timelines.
  
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, business analysts
  and technical teams to support seamless HR operations.
  
• Support system testing, troubleshooting and
  configuration changes.
  
• Maintain data accuracy and support continuous
  process improvement.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on SAP SuccessFactors
  consulting experience.
  
• Strong expertise in SuccessFactors Time
  Management — a priority requirement.
  
• Solid experience with Employee Central (EC).
  
• Ability to configure EC and Time Management
  end-to-end, including rules, workflows and data management.
  
• Strong data-handling and analytical skills,
  including Excel and data analysis.
  
• Exposure to multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules
  is advantageous.
  

Minimum qualification:

• Grade 12 National Certificate or equivalent.
  
• Preferred qualification: Bachelor’s degree in
  Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
  

Knowledge & Technical Skills:

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time
  Management.
  
• SAP authorisations within the functional area.
  
• IT best practices and IT Service Management
  principles.
  
• ITIL 4 and project management methodologies.
  
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
