• Coordination between development and
  support environments.
  
• Assisting with the business case.
  
• Planning and monitoring.
  
• Eliciting requirements.
  
• Requirements organisation.
  
• Translating and simplifying
  requirements.
  
• Requirements management and
  communication.
  
• Requirements analysis.
  
• Document requirements in appropriate
  format depending on methodology followed.
  
• Develop systems solutions in line
  with quality and delivery requirements.
  
• Preparation of system/technical
  documentation (as per ISO standards).
  
• Meet with end users and gather
  requirements.
  
• Facilitate daily stand -ups.
  

Requirements

Essential
Skills

• Understanding of WM/QM processes in
  SAP.
  
• Configuration of SAP WM/QM module.
  
• Preparation of Master Data templates
  for various QM related objects.
  
• Integration testing with other
  related SAP WM modules.
  
• Preparing User manuals and conducting
  training to business process owners.
  
• Responsible for troubleshooting
  issues for the system and providing support.
  
• Executing the required changes
  through configuration.
  
• Interact with consultants of other
  modules.

Qualifications
& Experience

• Degree in IT or 8 yrs QM experience.
  
• SAP WM/QM Certified.
