Scrum Master

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Scrum Master to facilitate agile delivery for a UK-based technology team. Working fully remotely from South Africa, you'll coach the team, remove blockers, and ensure ceremonies run effectively to keep delivery on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach the development team and stakeholders on agile principles and practices
• Remove impediments and shield the team from external disruptions
• Track and report on sprint velocity, team health, and delivery metrics
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a healthy, prioritised backlog

What You'll Need

• 3+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach on software delivery teams
• CSM, PSM, or equivalent Scrum certification
• Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
• Reliable internet and a professional home workspace

What's on Offer

• Salary: R32,000 per month
• Full-time, permanent remote position
• Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
• Equipment provided | 20 days paid leave
