Budget: R39,150 per month

Location: Johannesburg or Cape Town

Working Model: Hybrid – 3:2 (Friday is mandatory, with the other two in -office days aligned with the broader creative team.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative creative concepts for digital and integrated campaigns.
  

• Partner with copywriters and strategists to create compelling campaign ideas.
  

• Translate briefs into impactful visual executions.
  

• Present creative concepts and rationale to internal stakeholders.
  

• Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  

• Collaborate with designers, producers, and other creative team members throughout the execution process.
  

• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Art Director within an agency or creative environment.
  

• Strong conceptual thinking and problem -solving abilities.
  

• Excellent portfolio demonstrating integrated campaign work and visual storytelling.
  

• Strong understanding of digital, social, and content -led campaigns.
  

• Proficiency in relevant creative software and tools.
  

• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast -paced environment.
