ï· Highly selfdirected: comfortable working autonomously, using judgement and initiative to drive progress.
ï· Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver across multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.

ï· Background in communications, learning, or training design, with the ability to translate complex change into accessible, practical content.
ï· Experience working within matrixed, global, or highly complex organisations.
ï· Familiarity with phased rollouts, large programmes, or portfoliobased change environments.
