Job Description - Senior CRM Developer (Zoho Specialist)

About the Role

An opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Zoho
Developer and Team Lead to take ownership of the design, development,
customization, and optimisation of a full Zoho ecosystem, including Zoho CRM
and related applications.

This role requires a balance of strong technical expertise
and leadership capability. You will drive CRM strategy, enhance business
processes, develop scalable solutions, and oversee technical delivery across
multiple Zoho applications. You will also mentor a small technical team while
working closely with business stakeholders to ensure CRM systems align with
organisational objectives.


Key Responsibilities

·        Lead the design, development, and maintenance of
Zoho CRM and related applications

·        Configure and customise modules, workflows,
blueprints, layouts, and automation

·        Develop Deluge scripts, custom functions, APIs,
and third -party integrations

·        Oversee implementation of Zoho applications such
as Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, Zoho Forms, and Zoho Analytics

·        Gather business requirements and translate them
into scalable technical solutions

·        Optimise CRM processes across sales, marketing,
operations, and customer service

·        Lead data migration, cleansing, deduplication,
and system optimisation initiatives

·        Build dashboards, reports, and analytics for
business decision -making

·        Ensure system governance, security, roles, and
permissions are properly managed

·        Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide
advanced technical support

·        Mentor junior developers and administrators

·        Define and enforce development standards,
documentation, and deployment processes

·        Collaborate with leadership to shape CRM
strategy and roadmap

 



Requirements

Minimum Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,
Information Systems, Software Development, or related field (or equivalent
practical experience)

·        5+ years’ CRM experience

·        3+ years’ hands -on CRM development experience

·        2+ years’ experience in a senior/leadership role
managing CRM projects or teams

·        Strong knowledge of JavaScript or Deluge
scripting

·        Experience with APIs, webhooks, and third -party
integrations

·        Solid understanding of CRM design, sales
pipelines, and customer lifecycle management

·        Experience with database concepts, data mapping,
and system integration

·        Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, XML,
JavaScript, and SQL

·        Experience integrating CRM platforms with
marketing automation tools or similar systems

·        Experience with Zoho Creator and broader Zoho
suite applications

·        Certification in CRM, Zoho Creator, or related
Zoho applications (advantageous)
