Job Description - Senior Field Guide/Hod

??? Private Game Reserve near Pretoria is looking for a Field Guide/Animal Interaction and Education Guide/Curator.
Must take charge of the breeding programs, the education tours, the archery, and game reserve maintenance.

Requirements

Candidate requirements:

* Must be a good leader.

* Must have a passion for wildlife and conservation.

* Must be a good all -rounder handyman.

* Must have a natural aptitude for management.

* Must be a self -starter and problem solver par excellence.

* Exceptional sense of responsibility beyond the call of duty.

* Must have own vehicle.

* Must be non -smoker/vapor.

* Qualifications required.

* Good admin and marketing skills.

* Minimum of 5 years’ experience.

* Well spoken with fluent English communication skills with international guests (additional languages are beneficial).

* Initiative and attention to detail.

* Positive attitude towards guests and the team.

* Excellent communication and people handling skills.

* Flexible and versatile.

* Reliable & trustworthy.

* Works well under pressure.

* Professional and neat in personal appearance and image.

* Must be able to multitask and not be overwhelmed when guests become demanding.

MUST HAVE:
Qualified PH

Qualified NQF2 LEAD TRAILS GUIDE

Background in Archery would be greatly beneficial.
