Senior Microsoft Entra ID & Zero Trust Specialist

We are looking
for a Senior Microsoft Entra ID & Zero Trust Specialist to join a global
Digital Identity and Authentication Platforms team. The role focuses
on the design, implementation, administration and security of Microsoft Entra
ID, Active Directory and identity platforms, with a strong emphasis on Zero
Trust, authentication security and automation. You will work as
part of a global, multicultural team and collaborate closely with technical
teams, stakeholders and interface partners to deliver secure, highly available
and innovative identity solutions.

Key
Responsibilities

• Design, implement and support
  Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory environments.
  
• Administer and support Entra ID
  Connect and hybrid identity environments.
  
• Drive the implementation of Zero
  Trust identity and security initiatives.
  
• Define and implement Conditional
  Access Policies and identity security controls.
  
• Support FIDO2 and modern
  authentication deployments.
  
• Manage and improve Guest Account
  lifecycle processes.
  
• Implement and maintain Entra ID
  security concepts and controls.
  
• Work with authentication protocols
  including SAML, OAuth and OIDC.
  
• Automate identity and infrastructure
  processes using Terraform, PowerShell, Azure Functions or similar
  technologies.
  
• Analyse and resolve complex technical
  issues across identity and authentication platforms.
  
• Contribute to continuous improvement,
  innovation and automation initiatives.
  
• Collaborate with global technical
  teams and internal/external stakeholders.
  
• Support highly available and secure
  enterprise identity platforms.
  
• Contribute to the
  implementation of IT strategy and Zero Trust workstreams.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' professional IT
  experience, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise IT architecture,
  Identity and Access Management or related technologies.
  
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  
• Microsoft Entra ID
  
• Entra ID Connect
  
• Active Directory
  
• Identity & Access Management
  
• Zero Trust Architecture
  
• Advanced knowledge of authentication
  protocols:
  
• SAML
  
• OAuth
  
• OIDC
  
• Experience implementing Entra ID
  security concepts.
  
• Strong experience with Conditional
  Access and identity security.
  
• Experience with automation and
  Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  
• Experience with technologies such as
  Terraform, PowerShell and Azure Functions.
  
• Experience working with large-scale
  Cloud / Hybrid environments.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving
  abilities.
  
• Strong communication and
  collaboration skills.
  
• Ability to work independently with a
  strong delivery and continuous-improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science,
  Communications Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
  
• Equivalent relevant technical
  qualifications and experience will also be considered.
  
• Minimum 5 years'
  professional IT experience, including experience managing or supporting large
  Cloud/Hybrid environments.
