The Role 

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Motion Designer / Animator who can bring ideas to life through dynamic, story-driven motion design. You’ll play a key role in concepting, designing, and animating video and motion graphics for campaigns, social content, brand films, and digital experiences. 

This role is perfect for a creative who blends conceptual storytelling with technical excellence and someone who can craft beautiful animations that reinforce strategic messages, elevate brand presence, and engage business audiences in fresh, visually exciting ways.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-quality motion graphics, animations, and videos across digital channels.


• Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and strategists to create cohesive visual narratives. 


• Translate creative concepts and brand identities into motion, ensuring consistency and visual integrity. 


• Edit and animate content for brand videos, campaign assets, presentations, and social media. 


• Support the pitch and concepting process with motion ideas and storyboards. 


• Experiment with animation techniques, visual effects, and emerging tools to keep the agency’s motion output progressive. 


• Maintain a keen eye for detail, composition, rhythm, and pacing in all moving content

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in motion design or animation, ideally within a creative, digital, or B2B agency. 


• Expertise in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and preferably Cinema 4D or similar 3D tools. 


• Strong design sensibility with a portfolio showcasing motion graphics, kinetic typography, and narrative animation. 


• Ability to interpret complex information and translate it into engaging, visually clear stories.


• Excellent time management and attention to detail across multiple projects. 


• Collaborative mindset- comfortable taking creative direction while contributing fresh ideas. 


• Understanding of sound design, video editing, and optimisation for web and social platforms.
