Senior Performance Engineer Telco Analytics

We are seeking
a highly skilled Senior Performance Engineer to join our team, ensuring
our analytics systems can handle massive telco data loads efficiently and
reliably. You will play a pivotal role in designing, testing, and optimizing
high -performance systems to deliver actionable insights with minimal latency,
supporting the rapid growth and demands of modern telco operations.

Key
Responsibilities:

·       Design,
implement, and optimize high -performance analytics systems to handle
large -scale telco data.

·       Monitor
and analyze system performance to identify bottlenecks and ensure scalability.

·       Collaborate
with data architects, engineers, and analysts to enhance system reliability and
efficiency.

·       Conduct
performance testing, benchmarking, and load testing for new and existing
solutions.

·       Recommend
and implement best practices for system tuning, capacity planning, and resource
optimization.

·       Troubleshoot
and resolve performance issues across the analytics stack, including databases,
pipelines, and visualization tools.

·       Stay
up -to -date with emerging performance engineering technologies, tools, and
methodologies.

Requirements

Qualifications
& Experience:

·       Bachelor’s
or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

·       Proven
experience as a Performance Engineer, Systems Engineer, or similar role in
telco or large -scale data environments.

·       Strong
expertise in performance testing tools, profiling, and monitoring solutions.

·       Experience
with big data technologies, analytics platforms, and distributed systems.

·       Proficiency
in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.

·       Solid
understanding of databases, ETL processes, and cloud -based analytics
environments.

·       Exceptional
analytical, problem -solving, and communication skills.
