Senior Professional Architect - Commercial and Retail

Location: Sandton, Gauteng

Type: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: R25,000 - R70,000 per month (Negotiable on experience and qualifications)

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• B Arch or similar
• SACAP registration is preferred
• 5 - 10+ years experience in retail and commercial architecture field
• Design orientated and technical skilled
• Revit, Autocad, SketchUp and Lumion preferred multidisciplinary software skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare reports, technical drawings and architectural specifications
• Perform site inspections and attend meetings
• Perform research and investigations
• Provide technical and administrative support
• Ensure that all quality system procedures are followed in the production and issuing of designs, costing, drawings and standard details
• Regular contact and communication
