The Role: Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR)


This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced sales professional who can confidently engage decision-makers, uncover complex business challenges, and create high-value opportunities through consultative conversations.


As one of the key contributors to the launch and expansion of the company's international division, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying opportunities across the US and European markets. Rather than selling individual software products, your focus will be on positioning the business as a trusted marketplace and advisory partner, securing strategic meetings that support long-term commercial relationships.


This role requires a highly self-sufficient individual who can manage their own pipeline, think critically, and operate with a high degree of accountability.


Key Responsibilities



  • 4+ years of consultative sales, SaaS sales, SDR, BDR, or business development experience

  • Drive outbound prospecting activities across US and European markets

  • Conduct high-level discovery conversations with prospective clients

  • Ask probing, analytical, and technically focused questions to identify business needs

  • Position the company's marketplace and advisory services through a consultative approach

  • Qualify opportunities and assess commercial fit

  • Secure high-quality meetings with senior stakeholders and decision-makers

  • Build and nurture relationships that support long-term business growth

  • Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and activity records

  • Contribute market intelligence and commercial insights to the wider business

  • Take full ownership of individual performance, targets, and outcomes


About You



  • 4+ years of experience in consultative sales, SaaS sales, SDR, BDR, or business development roles

  • Proven track record of generating qualified opportunities and booking high-value meetings

  • Strong ability to lead discovery conversations and uncover complex business challenges

  • Excellent questioning, communication, and relationship-building skills

  • Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen

  • Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders

  • Self-motivated, highly accountable, and capable of working independently

  • Thrives in environments built on trust, autonomy, and personal ownership

  • Strong organisational and pipeline management skills

  • Experience selling technology, SaaS, advisory, consulting, or marketplace solutions is advantageous

  • Comfortable working within a high-performance culture that values initiative and results
