Senior Workplace Interior Designer

Interior Designer to lead major workspace projects from concept through to
completion.

Key
Responsibilities & Leadership

• End-to-End
  Design Execution: Lead comprehensive workplace design
  projects, producing precise conceptual work, detailed drawing packages,
  technical layouts, and high-end renderings.
  
• Client
  Engagement & Presentations: Act as the primary design lead for
  client engagements, pitching innovative concepts, presenting design
  strategies, and translating executive visions into functional, inspiring
  environments.
  
• Team
  Leadership & Delegation: Inspire, direct, and mentor junior
  designers—delegating workloads effectively while maintaining unyielding
  design quality standards across all projects.
  
• Deadline
  & Delivery Control: Drive projects forward with energy,
  ensuring strict alignment with deadlines, budget frameworks, and client
  technical specifications.
  

Requirements

• An
  accredited interior design qualification (e.g., BA in Interior Design or
  equivalent) is essential.
  
• 8–10
  years of professional interior design experience, with at least 5 years
  dedicated specifically to corporate office design and commercial fit-outs.
  
• Expert
  hands-on proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Enscape, and Twinmotion is
  mandatory.
  
• Practical
  experience incorporating AI tools for design enhancement, workflow
  optimization, or rendering is a major advantage.
  
• A
  well-rounded master of the craft with exceptional communication skills,
  strong technical drawing ability, natural leadership flair, and a driven,
  deadline-focused mindset.
