Site Supervisor

• Supervise
  and coordinate daily construction activities on site
  
• Ensure
  all work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and
  safety standards
  
• Manage
  and oversee site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
  
• Conduct
  regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality
  
• Enforce
  health and safety regulations at all times
  
• Report on
  progress, delays, and any issues to management
  
• Ensure
  proper use and control of materials, equipment, and tools
  
• Resolve
  onsite challenges efficiently and professionally
  
• Maintain
  accurate site records, including attendance and material usage
  

Requirements

• Grade 12
  
• Qualification
  in Construction Management or a related field (advantageous)
  
• Health
  and Safety certification
  
• First Aid
  certification (advantageous)
  
• Valid
  driver’s license (essential)
  
• Proven
  experience in the construction industry
  
• Previous
  experience supervising teams on -site
  
• Strong
  knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations
  
• Ability
  to read and interpret building plans and drawings
  
• Strong
  leadership and communication skills
  
• Ability
  to work under pressure and meet deadlines
