Skills Trainer

We currently have a position available for a Skills Trainer:
Purpose:
To train new and existing Sales Consultants ensuring skills are transferred into the workplace and that standards are maintained. To ensure that training and development standards are maintained throughout the company in order to maximise productivity. All aspects of skills development are followed and assistance provided with regards to other related skills development issues. This position reports to the HR & Training Manager
Duties:
• Plan, prepare and facilitate training
• Analyse target audience
• Evaluate training and learning events
• Evaluate and assure quality of learning programs
• Select and integrate learning methodologies
• Plan and Conduct Assessments of learning and learning outcomes
• Provide on the job coaching to employees
• Communicate in a variety of ways
• Carry out administration related to learning and training
• Organise oneself in the workplace
Requirements:
• Matric/Grade 12
• 2 years MTN experience
• Drivers licence
Salary Between R7000 – R7500 Dependent on exp
