Solutions Architect

We are now looking for a business-minded, AI-driven Solutions Architect who can turn real estate challenges into measurable business value - blending strategic consulting, technical architecture, and hands-on delivery leadership.

Why This Role Matters

This is not a pure technical build role. You will bridge the gap between vision and execution, helping clients identify high-value AI opportunities, architecting fit-for-purpose solutions, and ensuring adoption that delivers value. You’ll work with stakeholders at every level - from C-suite executives to delivery teams - becoming a trusted advisor in both AI and the real estate domain.

What You’ll Do

1. AI Strategy & Advisory

• Lead client workshops to uncover where AI can make the biggest impact - examples include portfolio forecasting, lease abstraction, predictive maintenance, and tenant sentiment analysis.

• Translate business goals into a clear AI roadmap with tangible success metrics.

• Guide clients on ethical, secure, and scalable AI adoption.

2. Solution Architecture & Design

• Architect AI prototypes using enterprise-grade tools.

• Ensure solutions integrate seamlessly into existing systems and data landscapes.

• Champion best practices in governance, security, and sustainable architecture.

3. Delivery Leadership

• Partner with developers, data architects, data scientists, consultants and analysts to bring concepts to life. 

• Provide hands-on oversight during proof-of-concepts and pilots.

• Monitor performance and ensure successful client adoption.

4. Domain & Technical Expertise

• Build deep knowledge of real estate processes from property management and leasing to finance operations.

• Stay ahead of emerging PropTech and AI innovations.

• Rapid R&D to prove out concepts and try new technology.

5. Relationship & Thought Leadership

• Build credibility as a strategic AI advisor in the real estate space.

• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal capability growth.

• Support proposals, client pitches, and demonstrations for AI-led transformation projects.

 What You Bring

• 8+ years in technology consulting, solution architecture, or similar roles, with 6 months in AI-related work. 

• Proven ability to engage at both strategic and delivery levels.

• Skilled in facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder influence.

• Experience with the Microsoft technology stack a plus.

• PropTech or real estate exposure advantageous but not essential - rapid learners welcome.

• Experience with leveraging AI tooling to assist in architecture and development.
