Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design: Design ERP system solutions that align with the organization’s strategic goals and technical architecture standards.
  


• System Integration: Lead the integration of ERP systems with existing software platforms and databases.
  


• Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders, including business users and IT teams, to gather functional and technical requirements for ERP implementations.
  


• Solution Development: Collaborate with development teams to create and implement ERP modules, ensuring they meet business needs and are scalable for future growth.
  


• Customization & Configuration: Define and configure ERP system modules according to specific organizational requirements, including customization of workflows and reports.
  


• Performance Monitoring: Ensure optimal performance, stability, and security of the ERP system. Troubleshoot and resolve any architectural challenges.
  


• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, configurations, and changes.
  


• Project Leadership: Lead the ERP implementation process from a technical perspective, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  


• Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and consultants to evaluate third-party ERP solutions and ensure they align with the organization's needs.
  


• User Training: Provide training and guidance to users and internal teams on the new systems and processes.
  


• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure ERP systems comply with regulatory requirements and are designed to mitigate risks.
