Sous Chef / Saudi Arabia Event Contract

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations across a varied international menu


• Supervise kitchen staff and oversee food preparation standards


• Ensure consistency and quality across multiple cuisine styles


• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards


• Step in to manage the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef with exposure to international cuisine


• Versatility across multiple culinary styles and techniques


• Strong teamwork and kitchen coordination skills


• Ability to relocate to Saudi Arabia
