Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an organised, professional and guest-focused Spa Facilities Coordinator to join a luxury hotel in Cape Town. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa facilities while maintaining exceptional standards of service and presentation.

Key responsibilities

  Coordinate the daily operations and administration of the spa facilities.

  Ensure all spa areas are clean, well presented, fully stocked and maintained to luxury standards.
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with coordinating spa bookings, guest requirements and daily schedules.
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Welcome and assist guests, providing a professional and warm service throughout their visit.
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Liaise with therapists and other spa team members to ensure smooth operations.
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor stock levels and assist with stock control and ordering of spa supplies.
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained and report any maintenance requirements promptly.
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with maintaining health, hygiene and safety standards throughout the spa.
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Handle guest queries and requests professionally and efficiently.
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Support the management team with administrative and operational duties as required.

  Help ensure the spa consistently delivers a high-quality guest experience.
  
  

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  Previous experience in a spa, hotel, wellness or luxury hospitality environment.
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organisational and administrative skills.

  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  A professional, polished and guest-focused approach.
