Our Client in Brooklyn, Cape Town is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to take full ownership of store performance, team development, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast -paced retail environment and takes pride in building motivated teams, achieving sales success, and creating a store experience that keeps customers coming back.
Responsibilities:
Lead overall store operations and drive team performance.
Manage store performance, including sales targets and KPIs.
Lead, coach, and develop a high -performing retail team.
Ensure effective staffing, training, and employee engagement.
Maintain strong financial controls and oversee budgets and expenses.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a premium in -store experience.
Monitor stock levels, merchandising, and store presentation standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Requirements
Grade 12.
5+ years experience in Retail Management.
Proficient in MS Office.
Experience with Sage will be advantageous.
Experience in a High -End Retail environment is preferred.
