We are building a talent pool for an exciting new Support  Resource Officer opportunity anticipated to commence in January 2027. While the role is not immediately available, we are seeking exceptional leaders who would like to be considered early for this exciting venture and future growth journey.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Dispatch vehicles according to the CAD system

Assist in receiving, prioritise, logging, and processing  all calls and alerts received

Provide basic contact centre administration

REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Grade 12

DESIRED EDUCATION: BAA/ Level 3 first aid Certification

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MININUM EXPERIENCE: Contact Centre  / Emergency Contact Centre exposure

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:  1 – 3 years dispatching in an EMS contact centre
