Provide technical support to end-users for the ERP system. Troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and escalate problems as needed. Document support requests and resolutions.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field.

3+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on ERP systems.

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Experience with support ticketing systems.
