About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Cybersecurity Consultant to join the team in a customer-facing, mid-level technical role. You will provide Tier 2–3 technical support, troubleshoot complex cybersecurity issues, assist with product deployments and configurations, and support customers and partners across various environments.

The role also has a strong technical consulting and pre-sales element, including product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts, technical training and customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2–3 technical support via phone, email and remote support.


• Troubleshoot cybersecurity products across Windows, macOS and Linux environments.


• Manage escalated tickets and ensure SLA requirements are met.


• Conduct root cause analysis and document technical resolutions.


• Troubleshoot networking, licensing, deployment and configuration issues.


• Interpret security logs and alerts to diagnose issues.


• Deliver product demonstrations, technical webinars and training.


• Support Proof of Concepts and customer technical evaluations.


• Provide technical support during pre-sales engagements.


• Recommend appropriate cybersecurity solutions based on customer requirements.


• Work closely with internal, global, sales and technical teams.


• Train and enable partners and resellers.


• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge bases.


• Represent the company at relevant industry events when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Cybersecurity or a related field.


• 3+ years' experience in cybersecurity, IT security or technical consulting.


• Hands-on experience with endpoint security, antivirus or cybersecurity platforms.


• Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, including malware, threats and endpoint protection.


• Good knowledge of:

• Experience with ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.


• Experience delivering customer-facing technical demonstrations or training.
