We are looking for a Technical Manager – Application Development with a strong digital focus to lead the development of cutting -edge applications and digital platforms. The successful candidate will guide a team of developers and architects to deliver solutions that drive digital transformation, enhance customer experiences, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and inspire a team of developers and technical specialists working on digital platforms, enterprise applications, and omnichannel solutions.
• Oversee the design, development, and delivery of scalable, innovative digital applications that enhance operations and customer engagement.
• Drive adoption of modern technologies, frameworks, and cloud -based solutions.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define digital roadmaps, application architectures, and solution designs.
• Ensure development best practices, Agile methodologies, and DevOps principles are implemented effectively.
• Monitor application performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and ensure security and compliance standards are met.
• Champion digital innovation and continuous improvement across Application Development.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; a Master’s degree will be advantageous.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in application development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong experience in digital platforms, e -commerce, enterprise systems, and cloud -based applications.
• Expertise in modern programming languages, frameworks, APIs, and integration with enterprise systems.
• Proven ability to deliver complex digital solutions and lead high -performing technical teams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, DevOps, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent problem -solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience within retail or FMCG digital transformation environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, as well as microservices architecture.
• Exposure to SAP, ERP, or omnichannel platforms.
• Passion for driving innovation, digital adoption, and enhancing customer experiences.
