Technical Sales Co-Ordinator

• Coordinate the evaluation and progression of cultivars through structured assessment processes and strategic development initiatives.
  
• Collect, analyze, and present cultivar evaluation data to support informed business decisions and recommendations.
  
• Facilitate the advancement of new cultivars through certification, quarantine, and industry compliance processes.
  
• Oversee cultivar assessment programs to determine commercial viability and future market potential.
  
• Develop and execute cultivar-specific sales and commercialization strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities, customer segments, and business growth initiatives within the citrus industry.
  
• Prepare sales forecasts and planning reports while supporting the achievement of commercial targets and strategic goals.
  
• Monitor industry developments, market dynamics, competitor activity, and emerging consumer trends.
  
• Conduct ongoing market research to identify opportunities, challenges, and areas for expansion.
  
• Support the management and protection of intellectual property associated with valuable cultivars.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with growers, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
  
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure the successful implementation of cultivar development and sales strategies.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Sales, Marketing, Agriculture or related. 
  
• 3+ years experience in technical advising within the agriculture, horticulture or citrus industry. 
  
• Strong knowledge of Citrus Cultivation is preferred. 
  
• Willing to Travel Extensively across North West, Gauteng, Limpopo and Mpumalanga. 
  
• Full Bilingual (English and Afrikaans). 
  
• Valid Drivers License.
