Technical Sales Engineer (Eastern Cape)

• Achieve and exceed sales objectives within the allocated region.
  
• Develop and maintain long -term relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  
• Manage customer accounts and ensure a high level of service and support.
  
• Prepare and submit accurate quotations and proposals in response to customer requirements.
  
• Maintain up -to -date customer information and sales activities within CRM and ERP systems.
  
• Provide technical and commercial solutions tailored to customer needs.
  
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments, providing feedback to management.
  
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, customer events, and other promotional activities.
  
• Prepare and submit sales forecasts, call reports, and other required sales documentation.
  
• Assist with after -hours support duties when required on a rotational basis.
  
• Deliver regular territory reviews and sales performance updates to management.
  

Requirements

• Mechanical or Electrical Degree will be Preferred. 
  
• Strong Microsoft Office and SAP experience. 
  
• 3+ years experience in an External Sales role within the Mechanical / Electrical industry. 
  
• Experience with Geared motors, electrical drives, automation, and integrated electrical systems is advantageous. 
  
• Valid Drivers License.
