Technical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the technical operations of our vessels, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

- Develop and implement maintenance and repair schedules to ensure vessels are kept in optimal condition.

- Monitor vessel performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Manage the procurement of spare parts and equipment.

- Provide technical support and guidance to crew members.

- Coordinate with vessel owners and other stakeholders to address any technical issues.

- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all safety procedures are followed.

- Keep accurate records and reports of all technical operations.

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and implement best practices.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical supervisory role in the maritime industry.

- Strong knowledge of vessel operations, maintenance, and repair.

- Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Proficient in using computer software and programs.

- Willingness to travel and work on board vessels when necessary.

- Valid certifications and licenses as required by the industry.
