Technical Support Specialist

Required Skills (must have)

• Provide technical support to customers regarding
  generator operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  
• Ability to analyze complex technical issues and
  provide practical solutions. 
  
• Assist in the resolution of technical issues by
  coordinating with service technicians and engineers
  
• Conduct
  on -site visits to assess generator performance, diagnose problems, and provide
  recommendations for improvement.
  
• Maintain
  accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in
  the company's database.
  
• Knowledge with Controllers’ software DSE, COMAP
  
• Engine diagnosis software EST, QSOL
  
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required
  

Requirements

Desired Skills

• Education:  Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  from an accredited institution.
  
• 5 years’ experience in generators domain.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to
  effectively interact with customers and internal teams
  
• Languages: English - required (French, Arabic) - beneficial
