Job Description - Technical Team Lead - OMNI CHANNEL

We are seeking a proficient and experienced Omni -Channel
Technical Team Lead who will take on the responsibility of managing our
omni -channel technology stack, including oversight of our SAP Commerce Cloud
(Hybris) technology stack and related technologies. In the role of Technical
Team Lead, you are expected to possess specialized knowledge in SAP cloud
technologies that goes beyond your peers. Your responsibilities include
providing technical solutions to enterprise problems. As the Technical Team Lead,
you will be accountable for overseeing design patterns, libraries, frameworks,
and processes. It is crucial that you understand how the organization operates
and that you can adapt within established frameworks to deliver optimal
solutions.

Job description

Job Objectives

Leadership and Team Management:

  • ·       Lead
    and manage a team of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) developers, both onsite
    and offshore, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • ·       Foster
    a collaborative and innovative work environment within the technical team.
  • ·       Conduct
    regular performance reviews and support the professional development of
    team members.

SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) Development:

  • ·       Design
    and implement scalable and high -performance solutions using SAP Commerce
    Cloud (Hybris) platform.
  • ·       Conduct
    code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and
    guidelines.
  • ·       Collaborate
    with cross -functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. 

Omni -Channel Technology Stack Management:

  • ·       Oversee
    the management and optimization of the omni -channel technology stack.
  • ·       Collaborate
    with stakeholders to understand business requirements and align technology
    solutions.
  • ·       Evaluate,
    recommend, and implement new technologies to enhance omni -channel
    capabilities.
  • ·       Ensure
    seamless integration between SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and other
    components of the omni -channel stack.

Technical Strategy:

  • ·       Develop
    and implement a technical strategy for SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and the
    omni -channel technology stack.
  • ·       Stay
    abreast of industry trends and advancements to drive continuous
    improvement.

Collaboration:

  • ·       Collaborate
    with internal and external partners to ensure alignment of technical
    solutions with business objectives.
  • ·       Work
    closely with vendors and third -party providers to maximize the
    effectiveness of the technology stack.

 

Minimum requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Skills, Abilities, Job
Related Knowledge / Essential Competencies

Education and Experience:

 

  • ·       Bachelor's
    or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a
    related field.

·       Proven experience
(5 years) as SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) developer.

·       Previous
experience in a leadership or team lead role within a technical environment.

·       Strong
understanding of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) architecture and development best
practices.

·       Proficiency in
Java, Spring Framework, React Native and related technologies.

·       Solid
understanding of e -commerce concepts and processes.

·       Experience
managing an omni -channel technology stack.

·       Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to lead
and inspire a team while managing omni -channel technology initiatives.

 

Job related knowledge and skills:

 

  • ·       SAP
    Commerce Cloud (Hybris) certification.

·       Experience with
integration of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) with other enterprise systems.

·       Knowledge of
front -end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

·       Experience with
agile methodologies.
