What You'll Do:
✔ Conduct engaging classroom and on-the-job training sessions
✔ Assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback
✔ Coach and mentor staff to enhance their development
✔ Identify training needs and build effective programs
✔ Maintain and update training materials and Learning Management System
✔ Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations

Requirements

What You'll Bring:
✅ Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mining Engineering, Geology, HR, or related fields
✅ 2-4 years of professional training experience (preferably in mining)
✅ Strong technical skills, including Mix Telematics and Excel proficiency
✅ Excellent communication, coaching, and people management skills
✅ In-depth knowledge of mining regulations, safety procedures, and best practices
