Tender & Quotes Administrator | Medical Devices | Gauteng

This position will report to the Tenders Manager,

Areas of Responsibility

• Receipt and
  submission of quotes and tenders;
  
• Complete
  standard Company information;
  
• Highlight
  unusual information/allocation request queries to Supervisor;
  
• Source updated
  information, certificates, etc. from relevant Managers;
  
• Maintain an
  accurate filing system with specific reference to supplier and tender
  documentation;
  
• Attend to
  general office/administrative requirements;
  
• Effective
  screening of telephone calls, taking of accurate messages, complete RFQ, handle
  queries and if possible, refer caller to someone who can assist;
  
• Compilation of
  stationery orders for department;
  
• Improve and
  ensure quality of all proposals, quotes and tenders – appearance and content;
  
• Assist in
  completing vendor registration forms as and when required.
