We are now looking for 2 Terminal Operators to join our team at Germiston, South Africa. This is a temporary, 6-month contract with the possibility to make it permanent.

What you will do

• Operate slitting, rewinding, packing, and warehouse machinery according to production needs and training 

• Ensure safe operation of all equipment and follow health, safety, and environmental procedures 

• Monitor product quality and ensure customer specifications and order requirements are consistently met 

• Maintain production efficiency by identifying and reporting process issues or breakdowns 

• Support smooth operations through effective communication and handovers within the team 

Who you are

• You have a matric qualification and basic PC skills 

• You are comfortable working in a production environment and ideally have technical, mechanical, or electrical understanding 

• You hold a valid forklift licence (or are willing to obtain one) 

• You are a flexible and proactive team player who can work independently when needed 

• You communicate clearly and can react quickly to changing priorities
