Are you a UX champion who thrives on turning complex, heavy-industry technical requirements into seamless, intuitive digital experiences? Do you want to design solutions where human-computer interaction meets cutting-edge engineering?
We are looking for a UX Designer to revolutionize the usability of embedded, web, mobile, and desktop applications. If you love getting your boots dirty with on-site user research and translating those insights into world-class wireframes, this is your next big career move.
In this role, you will lead the research, design, and optimization of system applications to deliver exceptional user experiences across a specialized product range. You’ll leverage your expertise in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) to refine both software interfaces and physical system requirements, ensuring our tech is as powerful as it is easy to use.
User Research & Analysis: Conduct site visits and customer interviews to map out user pains, gains, and needs. Create detailed user personas and user stories.
UX/UI Architecture: Construct high-quality wireframes, map out intuitive user flows, and hand them over seamlessly to the Visual Design team.
Testing & Iteration: Run usability studies and tests on live products, adapting designs based on direct feedback from end-users and stakeholders.
Cross-Platform Innovation: Create intuitive solutions for Embedded, Web, Mobile, and Desktop Applications while maintaining strict brand alignment.
Be the User's Voice: Champion human-centered design principles across the software engineering lifecycle.
Education: Relevant B-Com, B-Sc, B-IT, or equivalent qualification.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a dedicated UX Design environment.
Tools of the Trade: Mastery of Figma or Adobe XD (CorelDRAW & Photoshop are a major plus!).
The Blueprint: Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of Information Architecture, interaction design, emotional design, and UX psychology.
Adventure-Ready: A valid passport and a willingness to travel locally and internationally to see your designs in action.
Highly organized, a sharp eye for detail, and the unique ability to work fiercely independently while remaining a stellar team player who adapts quickly to change.
