Responsibilities






Position Purpose:   We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Producer to join our global video team, working from our Cape Town office while collaborating closely with our U.K. and international colleagues. You will help transform project briefs into fully realized video productions, assist with creative development, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Primary duties will include: 

  • Translate project briefs into clear production plans, timelines, and deliverables - e.g., turning a marketing campaign concept into a fully mapped-out video production schedule.
  • Develop and refine storyboards that align with brand and campaign objectives - from initial sketches to detailed scene plans ready for production.
  • Edit and prepare video content for internal and external distribution, following brand and compliance guidelines - including creating short-form social media clips and longer-form corporate videos.
  • Collaborate with global marketing and creative teams to ensure storytelling is consistent and impactful across regions - coordinating feedback between Cape Town, U.S., and international offices.
  • Organize, catalog, and manage digital assets to maintain a streamlined production workflow - keeping footage, graphics, and project files easily accessible for future use.
  • Stay ahead of creative trends and propose new ideas, tools, or techniques to enhance production quality - such as testing new editing software features or innovative filming styles.








Qualifications






To land this role you will need:

  • Proven experience in video production or a related creative field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. 

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with motion graphics or 3D design.
  • Experience working in a global or cross-cultural creative environment.
  • Basic knowledge of color grading, audio mixing, or animation tools.
