Villa Operator

 CAPE JOY is seeking a dynamic and experienced Villa Operator for our luxury VILLA in CAPE TOWN. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong understanding of international luxury hospitality who values understated, authentic, and effortless service.

Requirements

• Prior experience and degree in hospitality management, ideally as a Department Head (F&B, Guest Relations, or Housekeeping)
  
• Proven success in creating and operational systems
  
• High emotional intelligence with a proactive, solution -oriented approach
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Strong mentoring capabilities
  
• Highly organised and high quality Breakfast cooking skill and efficient across multiple departments
  
• Confident in delegation and supervision
  
• Fluent in English (Africans and any European language advantageous)
  
• Team player comfortable in a small, close -knit team
  
• Willing to be hands -on and take full ownership of the guest experience
  
• Live out accommodation
