WAREHOUSE ASSISTANTS

Responsibilities
Pick and pack orders accurately according to pick lists, ensuring that the correct items and quantities are selected.
Report any safety hazards, damaged equipment, or product defects to the supervisor or team leader immediately.
Follow all health and safety rules including wearing the required personal protective equipment at all times.
Carry out general manual labour tasks as directed by the supervisor including lifting, carrying, loading, and offloading materials.
Sort and stack inventory, pallets, and containers neatly and safely to maximise storage space and prevent accidents.

Requirements
A strong work ethic and willingness to work hard, with a positive attitude even when tasks are repetitive or physically demanding.
Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and weekends as operational demands require.
For warehouse roles, experience operating a forklift with a valid licence is highly desirable.
Reliability and punctuality are essential as team operations depend on every member being present and on time.
Previous general labour or warehouse experience is advantageous but not always required for entry-level positions.
