Warehouse Supervisor

• Supervise
  daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  
• Oversee
  receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes
  
• Maintain
  high standards of housekeeping and warehouse organization
  
• Manage
  inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy and availability
  
• Conduct
  regular cycle counts and annual stock takes
  
• Ensure
  compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and company
  policies
  
• Collaborate
  with procurement, sales, and operations teams to optimize stock availability
  
• Monitor
  delivery schedules and address logistical challenges proactively
  

Requirements

• Grade
  12
  
• Diploma or
  Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehousing, or a related
  field will be advantageous
  
• Minimum 1 -
  3 years' warehouse supervisory experience
  
• Previous
  experience in the solar, renewable energy, electrical, or engineering industry
  preferred
  
• Proficiency
  in MS Office
  
• Valid
  drivers license essential
