Web & Digital System Manager

Job Purpose:

The Web & Digital System Manager is responsible for
maintaining and enhancing the company's digital footprint across all web and
partner platforms. This role involves ensuring website uptime, integrating into
our ZOHO and other partner ecosystems, collaborating with cross -functional
teams to optimize lead generation, integrating AI capabilities, managing system
security and compliance, and facilitating easy updates for various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website
  Maintenance and Uptime:
  
• Ensure
  all company websites are operational and accessible at all times.
  
• Monitor
  website performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
  
• Collaboration
  and Content Management:
  
• Work
  with sales, marketing, and external partners to refresh website content
  and optimize for lead generation.
  
• Oversee
  the development and maintenance of e -commerce platforms for business
  trading.
  
• AI
  Integration:
  
• Introduce
  and manage AI capabilities to enhance the digital presence of all
  business units.
  
• Stay
  updated on emerging AI trends and technologies to apply innovative
  solutions.
  
• System
  and Platform Integration:
  
• Integrate
  company websites and digital platforms with partner ecosystems, including
  ZOHO and others.
  
• Ensure
  seamless data flow and interoperability between systems.
  
• Collaborate
  with technical teams to integrate front and backend platforms
  effectively.
  
• Product
  Team Collaboration:
  
• Work
  closely with product teams to ensure systems are set up for easy updates,
  particularly for sales, marketing, and product development.
  
• Facilitate
  the integration of new product features and updates into the digital
  platforms.
  
• System
  Administration and Security:
  
• Administer
  digital systems, ensuring compliance with IT security standards.
  
• Conduct
  regular audits and updates to maintain system integrity and security.
  
• Continuous

Requirements

• Education:
  
• Bachelor's
  degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or
  a related field.
  
• Experience:
  
• Minimum
  of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, IT management, or a
  related role.
  
• Proven
  experience in website management and e -commerce platforms.
  
• Technical
  Skills:
  
• Proficiency
  in web development tools and content management systems (CMS).
  
• Familiarity
  with AI technologies and integration methods.
  
• Experience
  with the ZOHO ecosystem or similar platforms is preferred.
  
• Ability
  to integrate front and backend platforms with partner ecosystems.
