Job Description - Wholesale Account Manager

Are you an experienced wholesale or FMCG sales professional looking to take ownership of a strategic portfolio?

An established organisation is looking for a commercially focused Wholesale Account Manager to manage wholesale partnerships, drive sales growth and expand market presence across an established customer network.

This role combines strategic account management, commercial negotiation, business development and channel optimisation.

Your role

Manage key wholesale accounts
Develop joint business plans
Grow sales, profitability and market share
Drive promotional and trade marketing activities
Coach wholesalers to improve commercial performance
Expand wholesale customer networks
Manage pricing and contract negotiations
Improve pipeline visibility and forecasting
Deliver against ambitious sales targets

Ideal background

5–10 years' wholesale, FMCG, consumer goods or industrial sales experience
Experience managing wholesalers or large channel partners
Proven sales growth achievements
Strong negotiation and commercial skills
Ability to build long-term customer relationships
Experience working within CRM systems
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
