Committed to our clients’ success, our award-winning professionals address the full spectrum of financial, operational, technology and transactional risks and opportunities across diverse industries. Included among our core strengths is providing expertise in guiding companies through the value-creation life cycle.

FTI Consulting expanded its practice offering in the EMEA region by introducing a dedicated Corporate Finance & Restructuring practice, providing solutions to a wide range of stakeholders in the banking, private equity, sovereign wealth, and corporate sectors in acquisitions and disposals as well as stressed and distressed situations.

FTI Consulting is looking to invest in your future by considering you for an Analyst Intern position, starting in January/February 2027.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in the delivery of client engagements from a Technology and Digital transformation perspective
• Support the analysis and review of the technology domain across Business and Technology / Digital transformation engagements
• Take responsibility for performing and completing the engagement or parts of the engagement or standalone sections in reports and deliverables, with support from Consultants and Senior Consultants
• Populate and update the technology deliverables or documentation under supervision
• Take ownership of assigned tasks by ensuring quality control in all deliverables
• Develop a foundational understanding of company value drivers and the significance of our analyses
• Cultivate an understanding of how our work impacts client outcomes
• Communicate effectively with senior team members and clients
• Proactively build and maintain internal and external relationships

What You Will Need to Succeed

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or Informatics, graduated in 2025 or 2026.

• Available to join a one-year full-time internship in January/February 2027. 

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience at an Audit firm/consulting firm preferred but not required.

• Strong written and verbal communication to effectively present findings to team members and clients.
• Great organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Team player.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in an ever-changing environment.
