Job Purpose 

You will optimize mixing specifications and compounds to achieve the most consistent extrusion and calendaring results and adequate tack levels of components reaching the tyre assembly department with emphasis placed on waste and scrap reduction meeting budgeted objectives.

Qualifications & Experience Required

Education, Master, other certification:

• NQF Level 4 (Grade 12) with Math’s and Science, or


• N2-N6 with 4 subjects relevant trade theory included, or


• Technical Matric with Math’s, Science and relevant trade theory, or


• NCV Level 4 Engineering Certificate with 7 subjects and relevant trade theory

Experience (years):

• Workshop Training will be advantageous
